Not a bad idea for a game. You need to put more effort into the graphics. Maybe think of a metaphor for the game, like Operation we played as kids. Maybe something that has to find its way through a maze. And make it obvious what you are doing. Clear instructions for the game as an introduction. One last thing, for all your buttons that are text, you will notice there is a 'Hit' state inside it. This frame is where you have to have your mouse over to click them. Drag a box of any colour over the text in this frame, that way you can click on the buttons easier, instead of having to click on the actual text, instead of the area around it.
Anyway, give that a go and good luck.
Author's Response:
Graphics is probably the easiest thing, something to make ones eyes pop out, but I'm still a beginner. :)
I'll work on all of that stuff. For the "Operation" idea, I might make it so you have to escape a labyrinth or something and avoid traps.
I knew about the hit thing for the buttons, but I wasn't thinking to fix them. In the next version I'll definitely improve on that.
Thanks for the suggestions.

Looks good so far. Needed a better hook at the end of this episode to get full marks, but great animation and camera effects. Looking forward to more.

Actually pretty good. You need to pick up the general pacing, as the humour lagged in places but overall, a funny short. Especially the shocked music. Nice work.
Author's Response:
The pacing is actually the same as in any cartoon but I keep the soundtrack dry of anything but voices. Whereas most cartoons have music playing more often, and sound effects to saturate the soundtrack. These type of things are unconcious cues to the mind that let's the person know what to feel, when to laugh, and keeps it feeling energized but really its too much work for one person alone.
I record mostly all the music in my cartoons, as well as mix and master, do all the voices, all the art, and all the animation. Its brutal, even as lazy as my stuff seems, its actually a lot of work.
That feeling of 'boring'ness or 'slow pace' etc.. is nothing more than a lack of music, soundeffects, and soundtrack 'filler' if you don't beleive me watch another cartoon, even one of TV and really pay attention to how much talking is taking place, V.S. how much the background music and soundFX are working their magic on you~ :D
